The world's oceans separate the British territory of Anguilla from the UK, but Sarah and Damian were amazed to find when they jetted in last week that Sunderland is very much like home.

Anguilla for the Commonwealth Youth Exchange conference at Sunderland University beginning today.
The Anguillan delegates joined the conference after being approached by the Commonwealth Youth Exchange Council (CYEC). Young people from Dominica, Kenya, Zambia and the Maldives, who are staying elsewhere in the region, are also taking part.
